In this session I will introduce you to the 7 Chakras including their resonating elements, colours, senses, symbols etc, and more in detail their psychological dimension.
Each chakra vibrates on a certain level and we can perceive life through each one of them. We can also strengthen those chakras that are not fully balanced. One way of doing so is the application of certain asanas, that are connected to this chakra. I will explain which chakra is energized by the asana as well as the energy flow. Additional thoughts on how we can enhance each chakra on the mental level and in daily life round up this class.
We will have alternating a theoretical part and a practical part. So wear comfortable Yoga clothes and bring your mat. According to your wishes you can bring anything else to make you feel comfortable like candles or incense or tea.

I have studied traditional Hatha Yoga with a focus on the Chakras and energy flow (tantric approach). I am very interested in a holistic approach to life and health.
I have studied massage (soft intuitive oil massage) as well as Reiki, and Ayurvedic lifestyle recommendations.
I have always been interested in psychology, and have experience in bioenergetic body work and heart communication.
At some point I realized that this system is in a way too narrow minded and has to be enhanced by the spiritual dimension. This realization has been initiated by an experience of Ayahuasca with a traditional Shaman in Peru.
Since then I have been on a path of spiritual discovery through Tibetan Buddhism, Advaita Vedanta and Hinduism with different spiritual teachers. I have had a regular Yoga and Meditation practice for the last 8 years.
I regularly participate in ecstatic dancing and Acro Yoga Sessions. And I have taken courses in Tantra during my studies in a tantric Yoga School. I love playing music (guitar and singing) and making art (drawing, painting, collages).
My passion is nature and have been living in the beautiful Swiss mountains for the last 3 summers, where I am offering Yoga & Hiking Retreats.
